    Here’s hoping the new forum will give as much pleasure as the old one. Please follow these guidelines.

    Housekeeping Rules

    Welcome to the HPEC Message Board

    Please be aware that all views and opinions expressed on this message board are those of individuals and not of the Highland Pony Enthusiasts Club. The HPEC reserves the right to remove or edit any message that is deemed to be inapropriate or offensive. Repeat offenders can be barred from posting.

    We are sorry but we cannot accept adverts for ponies/other livestock for sale on this message board. Any posts of this nature will be deleted. We have a For Sale section for other items – please refer to that section for rules applying to its use.

    This message board has been set up for the use and enjoyment of everyone with an interest in Highland ponies. Help us to keep our friendly and open community intact by respecting our house keeping rules.

    If you experience any problems with our forums or message board please post a message in the technical help forum and we will do our best to help.

    Highland Pony Enthusiasts Club: Board Rules

    Thank you for joining the HPEC message board. We encourage users of this site to contribute freely to our message board, as long as they do so in a responsible fashion and show respect for others. To ensure you and we are protected, we have developed a standard of conduct that is strictly enforced.

    Comments posted here may be removed or edited at our discretion, regardless of whether they breach these standards or not, and without further comment or notice to you. We reserve the right to identify you in response to a Court Order or threat of legal action.

    Repeat offenders may be barred from posting on this board. Users of this message board are reminded of Article 3.4 of the HPEC Constitution regarding Suspension or Removal of Members.

    The rules of this message board are as follows:
    1. We cannot accept advertisements for ponies/livestock for sale on this message board.

    2. No profanity or obscenities, even disguised with asterisks.

    3. No personal attacks on other participants.

    4. No defamatory, obscene, indecent, lewd, [Censored]ographic, violent, abusive, insulting, threatening or harassing comments, and no links to any website containing material of that nature.

    5. Do not stray from the discussion topic.

    6. No impersonation of other participants or public figures. A user may choose an appropriate nickname as long as a real name is used when registering with the forum administrator(which is not publicly visible).

    7. No advertising or marketing of any kind, including non-profit organisations, other than a single website address in your signature. We reserve the right to remove or edit any signature that we consider to be inappropriate.

    8. No third party copyright material should be posted. Use links instead of quotes from sources rather than copying the material.

    9. No oversized fonts, JavaScript, tables, headings or other advanced HTML commands are allowed. Please use only bold or coloured fonts to emphasis your points.
